Haeundae Centum Hotel - Busan

Excellent hotel with great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and helpful staff. I still remember how they helped me with my bags during my first stay.

Perfect for couples on a getaway

So we stayed in this large twin-bed room with a couch and a dining table. The concierge really saved us, helping organize our luggage before check-in and even explained the airport shuttle schedule personally. It was like my own personal heist, getting that kind of help! You can't buy that kind of service.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly,, but still reasonable.

Nice accommodation, large room, washing machine and kitchen.

Old Furniture

The bad is very very hard ,It let me very uncomfortable.

Great location near local attractions.

The furniture was outdated and there were noticeable stains on the carpet, which really affected the ambiance. The lack of proper kitchen utensils made cooking difficult, and the limited maintenance throughout the hotel was evident.

The hotel staff were poor in English. There was one night a certain VIP was holding a birthday party in the hotel room, bunch of people outside, girls screaming until 11 p.m. and the hotel told me they could not do anything to stop them!

The room was very nice, especially the living room/kitchen area

During my recent stay, I appreciated how close the hotel was to the Lotte and Shinsagae shopping centers, making it easy to explore the local retail scene, while the picturesque Dongbaekseom Island was just a brisk 30-minute walk away.

The location is excellent. Train station, mall, convention center are located next to hotel. Very convienent.

Things I didn't like: No wireless internet in the rooms. You can use wifi in the lobby for free. The cable for the interent is only 1 foot long, therefore you can't move around the room. Additionally, the bed is hard..not firm, but hard. Much like sleeping on a hardwood floor.

I liked the location and cleanliness. Staff friendly and attentive.

The mattresses are hard but we requested a mattress pad. The shower is a big mess. Your bathroom floor will be flooded in water.

Spacious room, comfortable bedding, with convenient access to a metro station just a 2-minute walk away from the hotel, and nearby restaurants and supermarkets, made our stay enjoyable.

Nothing to criticize.

I liked it because it is in the heart of the Haeundae region. Liked the posh feeling. Near to Haeundae Beach and the world biggest Shopping Mall.

No Internet facilities in the room, which shall be included in the hotel price. Very high Land line phone bills compare to the original price.

The bed is like a rock, its impossible to sleep in it.

Great family-friendly spot!

We had a nice 3-night stay! The room was spacious for us (a family of 4), and the location was super convenient near shops and Spaland. Shower was kinda messy tho, splashed a lot outside. Staff was chill, and Evan really saved the day when I left my stuff behind. Breakfast was okay too!

Location - marvellous, very close to the tube, BEXCO and Centum City and the big malls. The staff were very pleasant and outstandingly accommodating and helped us with free parking.
